Review: Hello! I am a culinary arts instructor in Canada. I liked your project on multicultural cooking. I really liked the idea of you adding the costing of the food in the project. This is something a culinary instructor would add. The process page I thought could be cleaned up a bit with the steps being seperated 1 step 2 step 3 step and so on. This would just make it a little clearer to read for your students. Just wondering if you found that seven days was ample time or not enough time? I liked that you had a lot of links for the information part of their project.The questions and topics were a great guideline. Thank you
