Here you will find the way in which you and your classmates are supposed to go about the tasks.

1.      Get together with two other classmates to accomplish the tasks.

2.      Research the web sites. Take notes that can help you remember the information you find. One site can have good information for more than one task.

3.      Follow the guidelines you will find below to achieve your tasks.

Task I

A- Choose one of the following topics for your brochure:

a- The Food Pyramid and My Favorite Fast Food Restaurant.
b- Eating Healthy.
c- Keeping a Healthy Heart.
d- Physical Fitness.

 
Once you have chosen your topic, start creating your brochure! Remember it has to be as convincing as possible, so try to include as much interesting information as you can!

A- Prepare a menu. It should include breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for five days.

B- Open a Word Processing Document.

C- Type your menu.

D- Remember to Save it. Name it Menu and write the initials of the members of your group.

Create a Power Point Presentation about "Staying healthy, Keeping Fit".

Requirements:

A- Have an opening and closing page.

B- Make your message very clear; be persuasive.

C- Include graphics that help convey your message.

D- Present your information in a professional manner.

E- Include references and give credit to any person or website.

F- Add any extra resources available.
