We Want Vicenza Elementary School to Be Bully Free

In the process of doing your research, under each section that addresses bullying, please be able to show what it looks like, who does it, to whom it is done to, where it usually takes place, what specific roles are played by those who can stop it and how.

1. You will be working together in groups of five.  Each member will have a specific role.  You will need to work independently and together.
2. Each group will be graded on your individual role plus your participation in the whole group exercise; two grades will be divided by two to give you your final grade.
3. Each group will write a draft of the final proposal on their section to present to group 6C.  Group 6C will use research infromaton to guide their inquiry, use attentive listening skills, show respect, and be positive.  At the end of each presentation group 6C will give each group a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" and make suggestions or changes.
4. Be sure to have a whole group brainstorming session before presenting to group 6C to insure all eight sections have been researched cmpletely, compile infromation from interviews and observations, and make final selecton on information to be used in first draft.
5. After the presentation to group 6C, each group will write their final proposal on their secton to be presented to administration.  A power point presentation might be quite impressive.
6. The presenter from each group will make up the team to present to administration.

At this point, you shoud feel good about all you have learned, your individual and team work, the information you are about to propose, and hopefully your role in the process to make a difference at your school.
