Consonant/Sp sounds

Development Activity:

* The teacher will ask students to make the sound of each consonant �S� and �P�. Then will be asked to join them �Sp� together to make one sound.

* The students will listen to the teacher, as she recite the song to them.  

* The students will then create a word bank by listing all the �Sp� words that they remember from the song in their groups(6).

* Each group will state their �Sp� word that they have found, without repeating what the previous groups has said-one word per group.

* The teacher will then instruct students on how they can find those �Sp� words in the dictionary and write the meanings in their notebooks. \

* The students will then use two of the listed words to make simple sentences.
