Causes of the American Revolution

Colonist needed to show a united front if they were to gain their independence. Benjamin Franklin created this cartoon which became a symbol of freedom during the war. It showed the colonies that they needed to stand together against Britain if they were to break free.

After you have decided who is going to do which mission, complete the following task below.  After you have finished, write newspaper articles about the important events and topics you were in charge of researching.  After you have written them, come together to create a newspaper revealing what you have discovered about the events that led up to the American Revolution. 

Mission #1: French and Indian War & Proclamation of 1763
