La Television Francaise

1.       You will be assigned to a group of 4 students.

2.       You will conduct a survey among your classmates: ask them which shows on TV they like and dislike. Please record at least 5 shows for each classmate interviewed.

3.       Organize your data by order of preference:

For shows they really love, categorize them under “j’adore”.

For shows they like, write them under “j’aime bien”.

If they are just warm about a show, mark it under “ca va”.

If they dislike a show, write it under “bof”.

4.       Search the web for French TV guides as well as French television stations.  Find similar shows that your classmates really liked on average. Remember that you are trying to offer original French programming.

 Make sure that you write down the sites you visited in your project.

5.       Choose 10 shows. Use phrases with at least one  descriptive adjective to describe each show.

6.       Conduct a second survey by suggesting your programs to your classmates. Have them pick by order of preference.

7.       Create a name for your TV channel.

8.       Design a TV program for one day of the week (You may choose the day) from all the information you have collected.

Everything must be written in French. You must use the new chapter vocabulary. Your project must be typed, organized and include all of the above steps.
