Learning English is Fun

1. Students have to read some information related to what a reporter needs to do.

2. Students will be given some references from some sources. The event that can be chosen by the students are Abu Bakar Ba'ashyir's case or Siami and Alif''s case.

3. Students will be given the social function, generic structure, and lexicogrammatical features of news item text.

4. Students are asked to be a reporter. They read the information related to the event which they want to report. Then, make the news script in the form of news item text in their own words. 

5. After making the news script, the students are told to perform their news as a reporter in front of the class.
