Figure out Figurative Language

You have been placed in a group of 3 or 4.  You will need to complete the following task:

Create a PowerPoint that a fellow teen could watch to better understand Figurative Language.  A teacher's lecture can be boring so this is your chance to make something fun, interesting, and still be knowledgeable.

Components:11 slides total
  • Title slide
  • At least 8 slides. (figurative language, simile, metaphor, personification, onomatopoeia, hyperbole, alliteration, and idiom) At least two per group member.
  • Each group member must add at least one video and or song link to one of their slides. (teaches definition, shows examples, or tests knowledge of the type of figurative language)
  • Citation slide
  • Final slide with all team members names.
