Hot Humboldts in Happyville

Introduction

20101025055655MyHym.jpg

The Happyville Zoo is famous for their Humboldt Penguins exhibit.  Unfortunately, the air chillers in the exhibit are broken.  Humboldt Penguins are native to Peru and Chile, so Chester the zookeeper needs to make sure that the temperature in the exhibit stays close to a nice 70˚ F.  Chester will need to check the temperature in the exhibit every half hour to make sure that the temperature stays between 60˚ F and 80˚ F.  If it gets colder than 60˚ F, Chester will have to move the penguins to someplace warmer.  If it gets hotter than 80˚ F, Chester will have to bring in blocks of ice and fans to help the penguins cool off.
