Understanding Bacterial & Viral Diseases: What's it all about?

Joel & Jen contract some sort of serious disease.  It doesn't seem like the average cold, and so they go to the doctor's office.  As Joel & Jen begin to explain their symptoms, the doctor takes their blood pressure and heart rate, and sticks that tongue compressor in their mouth as they say, "Ahhhh."  The doctor speaks as if in a foreign language, speaking about what kind of disease they have and what it means, yet it's too much for them to grasp and on their way out, they ask for more information about this disease.  Walking out of the clinic, they hold a brochure that is boring and confusing.

As a scientist and marketer, the doctor's office calls you to design a better flyer that is attractive and easy to understand.
