CONSTITUTION DAY by Lola Cubillo

Introduction

20100307063908uGude.jpg

On December 6, 1978, the Spanish people voted a new Constitution after forty years without democracy. Every 6th  December we commemorate this Constitution.

This activity uses the Preamble of the Spanish Constitution to fill in an “information gap”. The gap words then have to be translated into Spanish. We practise reading and inverse translation.
