Inca Civil War Continued

Many believe that the Spaniards were able to conquer the Incas because of disease and advanced technology.  While that did play a significant role, the Civil War that coincidentally took place at the same time cannot be ignored.  This Webquest will give you insight on the two heirs to the throne that competed for the right to rule over the empire.

To further understand the Civil War, Francisco Pizarro's strategic manipulation of the Inca people will be taken into consideration as well.

Things we will take away from this lesson are the hidden history behind this conquest, basic history of the Inca Empire, and some vocabulary along the way.
