This report is well-written, organized and includes all correct information. All role responsibilities within the group were completed and done together.	1-3
Working as part of a group	The pupil did not fully complete their share of responsibilities in the group.	This pupil completed the necessary role responsibilites, but failed to contribute to the other aspects of the project at all.	This pupil completed their role responsibilites to the group fully and contributed to the project overall by working together with their classmates on the other aspects of the project.	1-3
Total performance rating	This pupil showed limited effort and did not contribute to their group sufficiently.	This pupil did the bare minimum of what was asked of them in their group.	This pupil contributed greatly to the project. They fulfilled their responsibilities and also worked well with their partners in the group structure.	1-3
