Rather than merely reading about the Native Americans' stuggles on the Trail of Tears, I hope that you have realized, as a human being, how emotionally upsetting and physically difficult this time period was for many Native Americans.  I hope that this WebQuest has helped you to put yourself in their shoes and really empathize with those Native Americans who had to endure the consequences of the Indian Removal Act of 1830.
