Minerals and Rocks

Well, Geologists, I hope you had fun on your dig.  I hope you learned a lot about minerals and rocks.  I think it is really cool that rocks can really teach us about recycling--that rock cycle is amazing!  You learned how rocks are classified by how they are made.  Which kind is your favorite--sedimentary, metamorphic, or igneous?  Maybe you will be inspired to start a rock collection of your own!
