Yield Challenge Ribbons
Description: Give a student a Yield Ribbon when they give you the correct answer. (5 Ribbons / page)
For Instructor or Teacher
Description: This student centered activity is a review of basic World Geography skills. Each student will need a printed Passport Book. As students travel from webpage to webpage they will be coming to you for Yield & Roadblock Ribbons. As the teacher / instructor, you need to print out enough Yield Challenge Ribbons and Roadblock Passes for each student in the class. The first student who has their Passport book completed with all the required attachments, they will "win" the Amazing Race. A Rubric example is attached at the bottom to print for grading each student’s Passport Book. I have copyrighted this Webquest and its materials, but if you as an educator need to adjust the activity for your students feel free to do so but please do not claim this Webquest as your own.
