You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.  ~Clay P. Bedford

Teaching should never be a one size fits all. Students benefit from teachers who are knowledgeable, creative and willing to offer numerous opportunities to stimulate their curious minds individually.  "Teaching strategies that stimulate higher level and imaginative thinking are important curriculum extensions for gifted students who have already mastered much of the written and oral language skills required at their grade level (Smutney, 2001)."

There are many positive effects of inclusions where both the students
with special needs along with the other students in the classroom both
benefit. It has been shown that students with disabilities perform better and increase their scores in reading, communication skills and social skills (Kids, 2009).   Non disabled students benefit  from interacting with disabled individuals in that they offered the opportunity to develop positive attitudes and perceptions of persons with disabilities which they will carry with them throughout their childhood into adulthood.
