The English Renaissance

You will work in groups to find information about the following aspects of the English Renaissance. You will be divided into 5 Groups, 4 students per group. Each group will be obliged to investigate one of the topics below. You have to answer all the questions, make a presentation and a quiz (you can use Power Point, Hot Potatoes, QuizStar, Glogster, Wallwisher). Good luck!

The topics:

1. Historical and social background

2. Elizabethan Theatre

3. Shakespeare and some of his works

4.  Thomas Wyatt, John Milton

5. Metaphisical poetry and John Donne



Each group will be responsible for:
            *answering question for assigned topic.
            *presenting your responses to the rest of the class.
            *taking notes during all presentations.
            *submitting questions (and answers) for your section of the test to be given to entire class.
