Dress for Success-Learn How to Present Yourself Well

Situation:

You have just been contacted by a potential employer and have scheduled an interview in two days.  You worry about what to wear.  You want to make a great first impression, but you need some help.  

To polish your interview skills, decide what to wear to an interview, and make sure you behave as a professional, you must research each of these topics as you prepare for your interview.

Assignment:

A list of questions is provided for you.  You must answer each of the questions and site your sources.  Make sure the source is reliable.   

Hints:

• Use a popular search engine such as Google, Search.com, Yahoo, etc.
• Using several key words of phrases will help you find more sources.  Example:  If you are searching for "professional dress for an interview," you may choose to use the key words, "dressing for an interview," or "what not to wear to an interview." 
• You may use the same source several times. 

Following the completion of the Webquest assignment, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate proper dress for a job interview.
• List proper ediquette skills.
• Proper answer questions as related to professional dress and business etiquette.
