Description: This WebQuest is a fifteen week course designed to allow you to learn more about the multidisciplinary care of the Congestive Heart Failure patient by using the internet. This course is designed so that you can complete it at your own pace but I suggest you first read through the WebQuest to get an idea of what is expected and then formulate a plan in order to complete all the tasks by the deadline. Each student will be given two individual tasks to complete and then one group project. The last night of class each group will have a chance to present what they have learned to the class.
