In this WebQuest we shall explore the concepts of equality and diversity among the People of God, in view of the call to work towards a synodal Church, a Church that journeys together- Communion, Participation and Mission. It has been observed through researches that most of the conflicts that happen among the members of the Church are due to failure to respect the rights and duties of each member. By engaging in researches and critical analysis of the subject matter you shall have an appreciation of the equality in dignity and action that should exist among the Christian faithful and that diversity is in the different roles and status of each member. This understanding will help in working for the common good among the Christian faithful.
