Description: Welcome to your Discharge Instructions WebQuest for NURS 346. In this assignment you will meet your patient Anna Vasta, a 68 year old female patient with Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertension and coronary artery disease who just had surgery to create an AV fistula in her right forearm. You will review the information pertaining to her procedure then compile information to explain these conditions to your patient. Finally, you will create a handout for your patient including all of this information to give to Mrs. Vasta to take home as a reference. This handout can be as creative as you would like.
