Adjusting this webquest to meet the needs of all students can easliy be done. You will notice that there is a lot of group work during the webquest. To be effective to all students, the groups should be diverse in nature. If the groups include a student that may struggle, he or she can lean on other students in the groups. Also, the students who excell at the activities can work on their communicating skills by showing the other students in the group how to complete a task.

Keep in mind if there are students with an IEP. For example, if a student has a modality issue, make sure the classroom is easy for them to maneuver around in since the activities have the students moving around the room. Although some students may face challenges, make sure you treat them all the same and have the same expectations out of them.
