YouTube vs. Fair use
I need some clarification about YouTube vs. Fair Use and copyright.
If I use the audio of a YouTube video in my WebQuest, does it have to be only 30 seconds of use or can I use the compklete audio even if it lasts more than 30 seconds?
How about if I want to add a YouTube video to my WebQuest, does it need to be limited to 3 minutes or can I use the full video?

Youtube does not limit your usage. You can integrate the entire video/audio. If the video owner posted a copyrighted material on youtube, youtube will ban it automatically.

How about Teacher Tube Videos and Google videos? Is it also unlimited usage? Can I integrate the entire video from these two sites also?

You need to provide the link to the video, not to the youtube website. please follow the instructions and examples.
