I am trying to change my page headings to the actual information found on the pages, but I only edit the text and not the headings to each page. Example, I want to change the word "title" to Introduction, "introduction" to rules and procedures, and so on.

Sure, you can change Menu Titles for your WebQuest anytime. Login, go to your webquest, go to settings and WebQuest Menu Title.
