Description: The purpose of this webquest is for Korean speakers to promote English learning by introducing their own culture to the world. Also it can be used for any English-speaking students to raise the awareness of cultural diversity. In this webquest, students need to make a plan for a traditional Korean birthday party for a year old baby. To have done this task successfully, students will have to search, sort and synthesize information they have found. The task in this webquest involves group cooperation and task based learning.
