This webquest workshop was designed using CHAPTER ONE of the text ALL CHILDREN CAN LEARN: EFFECTIVELY EDUCATING THE UNDER-RESOURCED CHILD by Thea Williams-Black. The workshop has been designed to assist teacher K-12 in implementing the National Reading Panel findings on under-resourced children in new and innovative ways to promote reading skills for your current students.
