Prior Knowledge: Students should know about decimals, adding and subtracting and place value in order to work with the value of money to be able to buy and receive change.
Personal Opinions:This is an interactive lesson that will help students review and learn how to buy items by recognizing the value of money. There are games and worksheets they will work with and earn money to be able to shop at the store.
Modifications:There is a review and link 6 is an interactive help site where students can go to get help. They should work this on their own but they are given the option to raise their hand or go to link 6 for further help to understand the concept of money value.
