This webquest is intended for younger learners in particular Years 1 and 2 of Primary. It is possible to do in groups (Artists,Biographers,Curators) or with the whole class doing all the 3 missions guided by the teacher producing different pieces of individual and group work for the Blue Gallery. The Blue Gallery will be the part of the corridor where the display is held for all to see.
Ask children to help by bringing in any blue clothes, material or accessories to use for dressing up for the portrait pose. Children love to dress up and adding the fun element to Art makes it all the more stimulating for children. Asking them to pose and sit still for a while as their classmates draw them is another challenging experience.
