my webquest was designed to meet two basic requirements: the language skills and the survival skills. 

It is suitable for the students of upper-intermediate level and higher, or it can be presented for the students of intermediate level, but they will need your assistance then. 

Besides, any webquest itself is a good way to teach your students how to be a responsible and productive member of a team.
