Students had the task of being doctors and putting together a skeleton that was put together incorrectly because the parts were not placed correctly. Having the students gather information plus keep a journal of all that they do helps them to also learn how to take good notes. The questions that were asked to the students also gave them the necessary structure on what to look for and how to respond to the question in complete sentences instead of using one word answers.
