This Webquest is designed for second graders. It's primarily used for my second grade students to review basic math concepts. Links included are for greater than/less than, subtraction and addition problems. The coolmathforkids.com site is great for upper grades, too! In addition, at parent conference time, you can give parents these websites to go to as a resource. Ojectives: (Based on Mathematic Framework for California Public Schools) Number Sense 1.0 Students understand the relationship between numbers, quantities, and place value in whole numbers up to 1,000. - (NS 1.3) Order and compare whole numbers to 1,000 by using the symbols <, =, >. Number Sense 2.0 Students estimate, calculate, and solve problems involving addition and subtraction of two- and three-digit numbers.
