Community Helpers: Firefighters

First on the list for you, Junior Firefighters: You will watch a video clip where Fireman Frank will talk to you all about fire prevention and safety!  Listen hard... because you will need to know these important tips in the future!

Then your quest will take you to play a game called "Dress the Firefighter." Here you will need to help the fireman put on all of his gear. Dress him correctly but you better hurry... so he can get to the fire!

Last stop: Firefighter Danita is going to teach you the basic roles of a firefighter. She can only talk with your help. You must click on each little siren to hear what she has to say.  Listen carefully to her so you can earn your Junior Firefighter badge!!

Once you have completed your journey, you will know all about fire safety in the home, the clothes that a firefighter must wear on the job, and the roles of firefighters in our community.  And kids, once you know all this, you will come to discover your role as a citizen in YOUR community!
