Your task is to get into groups of three, and chose an explorer to research. You will create a project about that explorer and gather as much information about the explorer . Your project needs to be very creative, and it has to consist of a map that illustrates the way that they traveled.
Throughout the week we will have several short discussions discussing: 1. the different types of resources that the explorers and America contains
2. different geography features such as; rivers, lakes, equator, city, states. ( By the end of this discussion we will know how to locate different objects on a map or a globe). |
