Your task is to build a week long guide to healthy eating habits and exercise routine.  Create a journal that displays your daily routine starting with your breakfast and ending with your dinner and includes your plan for exercise.  Remember the plan you create is the one you will be using for the next week.  So be creative and be realistic.  Start small and know that you can always improve on or increase in the future.
