Make the following changes to the memo (attached below).
- Insert page numbers in the header of the document, but do not insert a page number on the first page.
- Make sure the identifying information in the memo is presented as specified in Ch. 14. If you present job titles for the reader, provide them for the writers, too. Remember your audience is Dr. Hoff.
- Insert an appropriate subject heading in the identifying-information section at the top.
- Write and insert a one-sentence statement of purpose. This is a statement of the purpose of the memo, not a statement of the purpose of the investigation.
- Write and insert a summary paragraph in the appropriate location in the memo.
- Insert appropriate headings in the memo. Using the style feature of Word, make the one-heads Arial 14 bold, with a left indentation of -0.25 inch. (Enter this value for the left indentation as you modify the style.) Doing this will make the heading hang out a quarter inch into the left margin. Call this style "yourfirstname's one head." If you use two-heads, make them Arial 12 point bold italic, left aligned, and call them "yourfirstname's two head."
