Process
In order to complete the assignment there will be a team of two archeologists to reveal the mystery of the pyramids.
1) Choose which teammate will be archeologist one and which one will be archeologist two.
2) Answer the following questions using the links provided below.
Archeologist One:
Explain the shape of the pyramids. (Include width, height, angle, etc.)
Why were the pyramids built?
When were the pyramids built?
What is the largest Egyptian pyramid?
Why is Imhotep important?
What is the symbolism of the pyramid?
Where were the pyramids built?
Explain two of the pyramid fields. (Include the famous pyramids in the field in your explanation)

Archeologist Two:
Who built the pyramids?
How were the pyramids built? Explain the process.
Explain the structure of the pyramids (different chambers).
What materials were used to build the pyramids?
Explain the different construction theories. Choose the one you think is the best theory and why.

3) The archeologists will discuss together their findings. As a team you will make a presentation to share with the President and his board (The teacher and your fellow classmates). Your presentation will consist of the following
-A PowerPoint presentation in which all the information asked of the group will be included.
-A visual aid (poster, 3D model) of a pyramid in which the different chambers are labeled.
4) Present your presentation to the class (the President and his board).
5) Finally you will be graded by your teacher according to the rubric written on the evaluation page.
