  1. Read the book or view the movie, "The Diary of Anne Frank."  
  2. Complete the Questivities (Questions and Project Activity-Extra Credit) see attachment in the "Introduction."
  3. Visit the links listed below to explore the historical events of the Holocaust.
  4. You may use other links by searching the internet.
  5. Use the writing process (brainstorm, rough draft, revise and edit, final draft, and proofread) to write an argumentative essay about your position (agree or disagree) on Anne's famous statement, "In spite of everything, I still believe people are good at heart."  Your paper must consist of 5 paragraphs (Introduction, 3 Body paragraphs, and Conclusion)
  6. Your paragraphs must consist of 8-10 complete sentences.
  7. Your Essay must be typed, 12 pt font, Times New Roman.
  8. Do not copy and paste information from the website.  The summary must be in your own words.  Plagiarism is unacceptable and a grade of zero will be issued for any assignment suspected of the such.  (See "How to Write an Essay" links in the Resource section for help).
  9. You must submit the brainstorm, rough draft, and the final draft of your argumentative essay for grading.
