Task:
Part 1: You and your 5th grade buddy will be going on a vocabulary hunt. Find the definitions of the following words: eating disorders, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, body image at the following http://www.merriam-webster.com/. Record the definitions in your health journal. Talk about what these terms mean. If you are unsure, please ask the teacher.
Part 2: You and your 5th grade buddy have been assigned a group number. Your task is to view the video clip in the resource section that matches the number you have been assigned. While viewing the clips, take notes about what you have learned.
Part 3: You will be given 40 minutes to watch the clips. We will come back together and each group will share what they have learned in the form of a public service announcement.
