Carefully select group participants. Heterogeneous grouping is probably the best for this web quest. Some sites referenced in the process are more difficult to read than others, giving you the ability to differentiate instruction among group members.

Some YouTube videos are listed as resources for the students to access. Make sure your school allows access to YouTube. Some schools will allow temporary access for classroom use. It doesn't hurt to ask. It will help with the differentiation also.

A word document is attached below that has all of the resources used in this web quest.

Suggested books are also listed on the attached word document. These are books that are commonly available in the state of Georgia for curriculum use in elementary schools.
