This Privacy and Information Security Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "this Policy") discusses the personally identifying information ("PII" or "Information") that we collect about you when you use the services we provide at http://www.zunal.com

Who We Are. We are Site, Inc ("zunal," "zunal.com," " "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). Zunal.Com is a popular place to find and create WebQuests about variety of subjects and grade level. Visitors to the Site have access to thousands of webquests on a variety of subjects. Site also offers individuals with the opportunity to create WebQuests and to share their ideas with others within the WebQuests. In the context of pursuing that business, as further described below, we collect various information, including PII, from and about the individuals who either contribute Content to or visit our Site.

How does this Policy relate to my use of the Site? This Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Use, the contract between you and us that governs this Site. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track a user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

We do share Information, but only as described below.

We reserve the right to send you customary business communications (i.e. acceptance/rejection notices regarding content submissions, general system and administrative messages, etc.) without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. However, we provide you with the opportunity to elect not to receive other types of communications, such as Site Updates or the WebQuest of the month messages.

Information relating to our programs is not necessarily maintained in a retrievable form. However, you may make changes, corrections or updates to some PII provided through this Site which we use for communications with you, by visiting the "About Author" page on the Site website. We may keep a record of all information that is changed (including deletions) and Disclose it for any lawful purpose. We may determine what may be changed (e.g., if we are required to keep track of certain kinds of transactions, you may not change relevant information).
