You and two of your friends are retired living the life of rest and relaxation on a beach in the Caribbean. One of your hobbies is short-wave radio. Even when you are not listening to your radio, you have a recorder set up to catch any radio chatter.

Today, when you came in from fishing, the recorder light was blinking; telling you that someone had been transmitting.
