Our school trip to London
Introduction
Dear my students,
We've studying English for half a year. At the end of the term, you are going to be more fluent English speakers. Then, comes the time for real practice. You know, we are going on a one-week school trip to London.
I�m trying to plan our trip. Please help me with it. The more we know about London, the better we can plan our trip and the more fun we have.

I�m sure, your teacher mentioned me. She wanted me to help you with planning your trip. I and my students went to the U.S. last year so I hope our experience will guide you.
Our holiday was great. As I said we went there last year. The weather was great. We stayed at a 4-star hotel which was very clean and had various facilities. As far as I know your teachers will book a hotel so you don�t need to do anything about it.
So let me tell you about other important points.
First, you need to gather some information about tourist attractions, such as historical places, museums, some other interesting places, etc.
Second, you need to learn about transportation. As you will stay there for just a week, you wouldn�t like to spend too much time trying to read maps, looking for bus stops or train stations, or stop people on the streets to ask for directions.
Third, and maybe the most important thing is food& drink. OK, you�ll probably have breakfast at the hotel you�re staying but what about lunch and dinner? I�m sure you�d like to taste famous British dishes and tell about them when you come back.

As you know we�re going on a trip to London. I�m sure you�ve learnt a lot from your teachers and you�ll show all those things when we arrive there.
I know you�re trying to plan your trip and searching some certain issues. However, there is one more important thing you shouldn't miss. What I want you to do is to gather information about the WEATHER. We all know it rains a lot there but we must be sure about the weather at that time of the year. We wouldn�t like you to get sick there.
