Today as I was driving to school, someone nearly ran me off the road. I felt myself getting really angry. Then I began to think. What are some positive things we can do to calm ourselves down when we get angry? I've noticed that many of us do not know how to properly deal with our anger. During this lesson we will be discussing things that make us angry, ways we can calm ourselves down when we get angry and lastly we will be creating posters that will remind ourselves and others what we should do when we get angry. The posters that you will be creating will be hung all around the classroom. In the future, when you feel yourself getting angry, these posters will help you determine exactly what you should do.
