Humans are composed of billions of microscopic parts, each with its own identity, working together in an organized manner for the benefit of the total being. The human body is a single structure but it is made up of billions of smaller structures of four major kinds: cells, tissues, organs and systems. Our system is the most complex component units of the human body and performs amazing feats every day, from sending signals rocketing through the brain at high speed to distributing oxygen over 1,000 miles (1,600 kilometers) of airways.

The study of the human body can be very enlightening. Although all of us believe that we are familiar with our individual bodies, we may also feel its mystery. So, how the organ system in our body looks like and how they work? Through the span of this WebQuest, you’ll be exploring this question.
