The independent study will
be worth three major grades based on the following breakdown:
*Part 1 (reading logs) – individual grade –
total possible points: 150
*Part 2 (research) – group grade – total
possible points: 450
*Part 3 (novel-specific activities) – group
grade – total possible points: 100
