Your evaluation will be graded on 4 things, organization, spelling and grammar, the eye catching effect and teamwork. Organization will be what is worth the most. You will need to make sure it is easy to understand for others, and others can tell where the food is from. Spelling and grammar, you will be counted off, use spell check on the computer, if you don't know how to use it ask me or another. The eye catching effect is how well it catches someones eye, if it pops and is well done. Teamwork, I will be watching as you work and everyone should work together and listen to each other.
