For evaluation in this Webquest you will do three types:
1) Self Assessment
You will assess your prior knowledge by completing the three quizzes on the BBC website (link to these is located on process page) as well as filling in the handout with your scores and commenting on areas for improvement

2) Peer Assessment
During the debate when you are a spectator you will be given an evaluation sheet to fill out for each group. When you present your debate, you will receive your peer's feedback.

3) Summative Assessment
At the end of the activity you will create a pamphlet (or other representation: see differentiated instruction) to take multiple perspectives on the issue and inform others of what you have learned about genetic engineering
