After this lesson, you should have a better understanding of what you should do when you get angry. Remember that it is perfectly okay to get angry. The most important thing is how you react to that anger. In the future I would like you to monitor yourself very closely and try to put some of the things that we have discussed into practice. Controlling our anger is very important because it prevents us from saying things and doing things that we might regret later. Many times when we get angry we do things without thinking clearly. This usually makes the situation worst. The next time you get angry and you think that it is getting out of control, focus on some of the things we discussed in class and this will more then likely help the situation.
