You have concluded your scavenger hunt that involved Johnny Appleseed. You can now empty your survival kit. During this activity you have learned that everyone and everything has a history or past. You have learned that Johnny Appleseed was a pioneer and about the impact this had on America. You learned about the different types and colors of apples as well as the states they were originally planted in during the 1800’s. Apples are everywhere and they help the people around you as well as the community. Next time you go to the grocery store with your parents visit the produce section and tell your parents what you have learned about apples as well as the different types of apples.
